When you place an order on the www.hevagifts.com.my website, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:
Policy on Order Acceptance Heva Gifts (Heva Gifts Sdn.Bhd) has full authority to accept or reject orders and other requests without providing a justification. If we reject an order, any payments received will be fully refunded via the same method of payment used to place the order.
Order Delivery Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following day or on any other day chosen by the customer.
Order Modifications For any alterations to your order, please reach out to us at support@hevagifts.com.my or call +6017 3303914 (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM). While we strive to accommodate last-minute modifications, changes including delivery address updates and card messages are only guaranteed if requested 24 hours prior to the delivery day.
Cancellation Policy Orders can be canceled before 12 PM one day before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the delivery date, a 20% charge will apply. Cancellations can be made by contacting support@hevagifts.com.my or by phone at +6017 3303914 (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
Product and Substitution Policy
All products are subject to availability. In case of supply issues, we reserve the right to substitute a product with one of equal value and quality without prior notification. We aim to fulfill product requests to the best of our ability, with color changes and similar minor requests accommodated subject to availability.
Payment Methods
  1. We accept all available payment methods in Malaysia.
  2. If you create an account, your shipping details will be securely stored for future convenience.
  3. Your credit or debit card details will never be stored or accessible to us.
Prices and Additional Charges
  1. All prices are subject to delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Policy
  1. We deliver flowers from Monday to Sunday.
  2. Timed deliveries are not available unless explicitly stated on the website.
  3. For specific delivery times, ensure you make the request at least 24 hours in advance.
  4. Heva Gifts is not accountable for late deliveries due to courier service availability or any circumstances beyond our control.
  5. In case of non-delivery, please reach out to us at support@hevagifts.com.my or call 017 330 39 14 (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) within one day (24 hours) of the scheduled delivery date to claim a refund. Failure to do so will forfeit your rights to a refund.
  6. We reserve the right to change the delivery method without prior notice.
Freshness Guarantee
We promise to deliver fresh flowers, occasionally in bud form for extended longevity. If the flowers delivered appear less than fresh, please inform us immediately. If deemed necessary, we may offer a replacement or a refund.
Damages In the event of damage during transit, please contact our customer care with supporting images to claim a replacement or refund. Images of damaged products must be provided within 24 hours of receipt.
Non-Delivery In case of delivery failures on our part, please inform us. We offer a replacement on the next available delivery date or a refund. Please note that refund processing times are subject to your bank's policies.

Our ultimate goal is to satisfy our customers by delivering fresh, high-quality flowers on time.
Returns and Refunds
Policy To be eligible for returns and refunds, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with appropriate evidence. The product must remain as delivered for review by our Customer Support team.
Flower Availability and Substitution
We reserve the right to substitute any product with a similar or higher-value product if we encounter supply difficulties or if the product does not meet our quality standards.
Promotion and Discount Codes
  1. Occasionally, we offer products at discounted prices for a limited time.
  2. If a product's price is reduced after a purchase due to a special offer, the original purchase price will apply.
  3. Special offer terms may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
  4. Special offers and discounts may vary between customers and can only be redeemed by the customer who received the offer.
  5. Free or discounted introductory offers are only available to new users of the Heva Gifts service and can only be used once.
  6. Discounts and credits cannot be combined with other offers.
  7. Only one promotion code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Inclement Weather In case of severe weather conditions, including heavy rainfall and floods, our delivery partners may face challenges in delivering orders on schedule. Such scenarios are beyond our control, and we cannot be held accountable for any delay in delivery. As a result, we will not be able to provide refunds or offer re-delivery for orders affected by adverse weather conditions.

Force Majeure Events

Heva Gifts will not be held liable for any delay or failure in fulfilling its responsibilities if such delay or failure arises from any of the following circumstances: (a) Natural disasters, (b) commencement of hostilities, riots, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, (c) actions of any governmental or regulatory body (including the denial or revocation of any license or consent), (d) fires, explosions, floods, fog or severe weather conditions, (e) power outages, failure of telecommunication lines, malfunctioning or breakdown of machinery or vehicles, (f) failure of suppliers, subcontractors or delivery partners, (g) theft, intentional damage, strikes, lockouts or any form of industrial action, and (h) any other cause or circumstance that is beyond Heva Gifts reasonable control.
